Each year Russiaville Historical Society volunteers dress in regalia of the 1750's and host a food booth at the Koh-Koh-Mah/Foster Encampment. We cook beef stew and biscuits and gravy over an open fire and sell it as a fundraiser for the organization. We always need extra hands to make this a successful event.
