The historic interurban station located on the east end of Main Street is being restored for use as a museum.

May 30, 2009  Ribbon cutting ceremony.  Town Council Members Mark Fulk and Don Parvin dedicate the historic Interurban Station for use as a museum of local history.  Jackie Talbert, Miss Purdue participated in the festivities as did several of the Historical Society board members.  Retired Superintendent of Western School Corporation, Richard Rea, wife Virginia and daughter Donna were also in attendance with other friends from the community.

J.D. Maxwell was a Russiaville native and the car was from
